At Anticipate Media, we specialize in creating memorable cinematic-style video, and powerful photography, that helps move, change, save, and inspire people’s lives.

Our primary goal is simple:

We ensure you see life as you remember it, with emotion, through moving and still pictures.

There is significant scientific evidence supporting this emotional-memory theory, and it has been widely studied. We apply that research creatively and with heart, to the works that we make.

We tell stories, create training & promotional films, and capture photos that help your audience feel and remember. And that's what you need in visual communication. Especially if you are saving lives.

If you create something that has a message that resonates with people’s hearts, and feels authentic? They remember what you said.

And isn’t that the point?

To feel, and then remember?

We are a unique team of seasoned award-winning news, cinema, hospitality, fashion/social media, public safety, intelligence, and counterterrorism professionals.

Our teams have vast cross-functional experience in everything from creating emergency response plans to active threat events, to stories about the spirit.

We capture intimate, powerful events, and tell stories that challenge our colored perceptions of reality.

From the SWAT team member to the preacher, we have access to seasoned creative professionals who have seen and felt it all.

We are artists at the intersection of passion and planning, faith and fortitude.

How do we make memories?

By using Cinema and Photography made by people who have lived.

We utilize many tools to create authentic art, including:

  • The latest in light, rapid-response digital creative technology including cinematic 4k large-sensor cameras, lights, and sound gear,

  • Harnessing hundreds of man-years of experience on-tap with our collaborative teams,

  • Market research, consulting with Subject Matter Experts in your field,

  • Psychological studies, Threat Intelligence analysis,

  • Multi-disciplinary communications methods,

  • and much more to make your job get done right.

Paul Antico, founder of Anticipate Media, has been a professional internal and external communicator for nearly 32 years. Paul is a unique mix of a marketing, photo/film producer, and a counterterrorism & emergency response professional. He knows how to marry art, science, storytelling, and the realities of today's world into films & photos that make a difference.

Paul is an artist first and foremost. As part of an extensive career, he began with print design, he then migrated online in the early days of the World Wide Web. He was a pioneer in producing impactful content at an early age with cutting-edge digital tools, and that drive has never ceased.

Identifying a need for a boutique creative firm to make digitally produced cinematic visuals for markets usually not served by the film industry, Paul founded Anticipate Media in 2011. The firm has since expanded to what its is today.

Both in that capacity, and in past positions with other companies, Paul has created, produced, or consulted on visual artwork of all kinds for varied entities ranging from police departments, to banks, to placement and software firms.

Paul has won many awards, including best documentary from the National Association of Government Communicators, and Unsung Hero and Team Awards from the US Department of Homeland Security.

Paul's is also currently trusted, and his creative work featured as a 17+ year employee with the US Department of Homeland Security. (See Disclaimers) His work has served as templates for active threat training for state and national governments alike including the governments of Massachusetts, Canada, and the United States (DHS, FBI.)

Anticipate Media is also Rick, Kent, & Anthony.

And Sid. And Josh.

And you.

Generally, when you hire Anticipate Media you will get Paul Antico as the producer and finish editor. Paul is also a seasoned professional photographer.

However, we use the term "we" for a reason; filmmaking is a wholly collaborative process. And we have more Emmys on the team than we can count.

It is not often that a film company also has ready access to experts in:

  • News and event gathering

  • Reality and sports television

  • Emergency preparedness

  • Intelligence gathering and analysis

  • Non-verbal communications

  • Diversity and inclusion

  • Fashion & Music

  • Hospitality

  • Acting & Scriptwriting

Yet we do.

You are part of the team. Welcome.

We are selective in the jobs and clients we take, because we want to work hand in hand with each client to craft precisely what they need. That means you will be part of the team, working together to ensure the heart and soul of your message makes it through to your audience in the end.

Our approach is a collaborative one, whether with our hired on crews or with you - the client. At Anticipate Media, we believe that we can't begin to craft the emotion and communicative approach you seek on screen without engaging you.

Paul Antico has created work for a varied set of clients, many of which are private. Some entities we have worked with include:

  • The Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority

  • The Massachusetts State Policde

  • Massachusetts Department of Transportation Safety & Security

  • MBTA Transit Police

  • Massport

  • Keolis

  • Infoteria

  • Hillsong Church

NeedCreative Podcast

We are all about the “Need” to be “Creative”, and we created one of the biggest podcasts in the world to talk just about that.

The name lived on for over a year as an audio Podcast titled The NeedCreative Podcast dedicated to the same mission, which was transitioned to Ben Consoli at BC Media Productions to become the wildly successful Go Creative Show in 2014. The Go Creative show, created from NeedCreative, is now one of the most popular film production shows in history, listened to worldwide.
